Neuse River Outfitters is a family owned business dedicated to all things outdoors, especially if water is involved! Kayaking and fishing are some of our greatest passions, and we love to help folks get outdoors. Whether newcomers to the sport or veterans, we aim to provide something for everyone.

Graham Jackson
Owner of Neuse River Outfitters, Graham is an avid kayaking enthusiast and an even bigger fisherman. He began his outdoor career in 2009 where he ran kayaking trips for Paddle Creek. He purchased an angling Kayak in 2010 and has chased fish in his kayak all over North Carolina and Virginia. When he’s not running trips for NRO he can often be found floating the local waters chasing bluegill, bass, and gar on the fly, and he is especially fond of our local american shad and striper runs in the spring.
